Baking



This week was amazing full of good news, eating, drinking and meeting up with friends. I have started the week with baking marzipan apricot and red currant cake and it was really good. I got my recipe from White plate blog. However I made few changes firstly I add red currants and I change normal all purpose flour for the whole grain one. Result was really good however next time I will stay with the normal flour as the cake didn't grow as much as it should but it was still very good one.
