Pick me up 2012

I manage to make a last minute trip to see this year edition of Pick me up one of my favorite events in London. As always there was a selection of great work from the top Rikka Sormunen, Sarah Maycock, Paul X Johnson, Stone and Spear, Ciara Phelan and Andrew Rae.

The Faberge Big Egg Hunt

If you are in London you have probably notice some of 209 eggs made by different artists which are display now across London above few of my favorites (from the top Candy and Candy, Richard Becket and team, Marc Quinn and lovely Rob Ryan. There is also a big competition where you can win one of the real Faberge eggs so are taking part in the Big Egg Hunt this year

Part of current exhibition at Wellcome Collection is focusing on charms and amulets exhibition is prepare in collaboration with amazing Felicity Powell, where her work is also on display. I really love it is beautiful delicate and moving.

Camberwell BA illustration degree show

Before going on my tutorial today I pop in to see this year Camberwell BA illustration degree show there was a lot of good work. This ladies are my favourites from the top Anna Suwalowska, Karin Soderquist, Hye Lim Jung and Elisabeth Towndrow.

Visiting Saatchi gallery

It's the last chance now to see Newspeak part 2 and Confessions of dangerous minds - contemporary art from Turkey at Saatchi Gallery. I have to admit that Saatchi is my favorite gallery in London and the first part of Newspeak was a bit disappointing however this one was much better and definitely worth to go.
